BANKING AS IT SHOULD BE

The bank’s goal is to increase card usage and service take up (e.g. loans, mortgages, insurance etc) amongst customers and to attract new customers in the expat segment. This is being achieved by highlighting customer-relevant benefits and creating incentivised promotions to existing customers through direct marketing which drive increased activity.
