The ATOMites are a dynamic, multi-national team of experts in brand, advertising and online communications. We have a team culture and service ethic at our core and in a region where late is the norm we work hard at being flexible, responsive and on-time. We even turn up early for meetings when we don’t use up our snagging time!

A graduate of LSE and advertising specialist with over 10 years experience in a leading UK creative agency, Keith has been in the region 16 years including six years as General Manager of Publicis, Jeddah and three years with Grey Worldwide in Dubai. Keith has extensive experience in key market sectors including FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Automotive and Banking. A fully signed up sports fanatic, while his lovely wife is a renowned food blogger (mycustardpie) and charming daughters are high flying musicians.

I look to the splendour of nature for inspiration - even in its smallest detail beauty abounds.


UK born, raised in Australia but a proud New Zealand national! Duncan graduated from the Wellington School of Visual Communication and Design after which he spent 5 years working for agencies in New Zealand, including Publicis, followed by 2 years in Sydney, Australia. Since arriving in the United Arab Emirates in 2002, Duncan has been an integral part of ATOM leading the creative output of the agency.


Our talented, multi-cultural team of brand, advertising and digital professionals learnt their trade at big name agencies and are now enjoying the freedom to inspire and craft ideas that help our clients thrive and grow across the GCC region and beyond.

We have developed brands as decision-making assets, created behaviour-changing advertising campaigns and been pioneers in the ever-evolving world of digital communications.

My children: my daily inspiration and my proudest achievement


A Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years of financial management and Board experience, Lesley is central to developing strategies for growth and innovation within the company – including business development planning and large value proposals. When Lesley’s not busy crunching numbers or keeping us all in check, you’re likely to find her on the golf course or cooking up a storm in her kitchen.

It’s the journey, not the destination that inspires me.


Growing up watching 90’s ads on an old black and white TV, Shan had no doubts what to do with his life. A graduate in Business Management, he started out working for agencies in India handling FMCG, Retail, Education and Hospitality brands. His Dubai adventure started with setting up his own creative agency. At ATOM, Shan manages accounts for Travelex, Energizer, Al Naboodah and Moorfields. Out of the office, he is very passionate about motorcycles, cars and sport.

It inspires me when people make the most of what they have, no matter how simple.


Holder of a degree in Architecture from Aleppo University, Syria and a diploma in Graphic design from Washtenaw College, Michigan, USA. Nouha has consistently excelled in the creative world. Over the last 10 years Nouha’s achievements include owning a boutique design agency in Syria and leading a creative team at FP7 (part of McCann Erickson Worldwide) and O2MC in the UAE. The range of clients Nouha has worked with includes TDIC, Kempinski Hotels and Emirates Palace.

No matter where or why you travel, there's always something wonderfully inspiring to be found.


A graduate of Newcastle University Business School, Annabel has over 4 years of marketing and advertising experience in the region. Her previous role involved the brand transformation of Commercial Bank International (CBI). During her time at ATOM Annabel has worked on clients including The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island, Kempinski Hotels, Starwood Hotels, Weber BBQs and Sipchem. Outside of work you will find Annabel either on the tennis court or travelling the world taking snaps with her GoPro!

My annual trip to my homeland inspires me with its abundance of life.


From Bangalore, the IT hub of India, Syed studied Sociology and Political Science. With a great interest in drawing and graphics Syed started working as a paste-up artist after his studies. A veteran of the company joining ATOM in 2004 working with many different clients including DHL, Energizer, Unilever and Moorfields. When Syed is not in the office he enjoys cricket and cooking Indian and Pakistani food, deep fried with lots of Ghee and green chilies!

Do not let your difficulties fill you with anxiety, after all it is only in the darkest nights that stars shine more brightly.


A graduate of University of Peshawar, Aamir has over 5 years experience in web development and online advertising. During his time at ATOM, Aamir has worked on many clients including MMI, Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai, Iraq Energy City, Kart Group, Kempinski Hotels, ADIB, Weber and Sipchem. Outside of work, you will find Aamir either with his friends exploring new places in the UAE or travelling to Pakistan to visit his lovely family and would always find some peaceful moments to do calligraphy which he is very good at!

I leave all my plans to God. That alone inspires me.


Studying graphics and working in Bangalore before moving to Dubai, Jesu has more than a decade of experience within the design industry. Working three inspiring years as an artworker come designer at ATOM, for clients including Moorfields, MMI, St. Regis Abu Dhabi and Starwood. Outside of the office Jesu enjoys spending time with his family and learning to play the keyboard.

From the smallest leaf as it drops from a tree to the swell of the sea to the people in my life.


A graduate of Northumbria University, England in Graphic Design. Emma has been working in the design field since 2002 in Dubai, joining ATOM in 2015. Emma’s design skills are broad, having worked across brands including Emirates Holidays, Legatum, Nestle, Glaxosmithcline, St. Regis and ADIB. An avid traveller, who loves exploring new places & experiencing different cultures.

It inspires me how music can move people of all cultures and can trigger such profoundly rewarding experiences


Over the last 14 years, Nathan has worked in strategic communications and digital marketing managing projects with UK and Global scope. He has delivered wide ranging campaigns for household names in entertainment, arts & culture, sport and technology, including EMI Records, Sony, 20th Century Fox, Arts Council England and Pioneer, and played a part in realising a solar-powered future. Following his passion for music and art, Nathan has helped shape no.1 hit records, start a new nation and was once big in Japan – as a DJ he has played at some of the World’s leading clubs and festivals.
