TEAM

Inspiration is part of our culture.

We are a very likeable group from all four corners of the world wide web and every walk of life, from the silver spoon in mouth to those horrible plasticky things you get on planes.

Hierarchies aren't our thing so please feel free to have a good nose around our brand, advertising and digital work and acquaint yourself with the weird and the wonderful.

  • The A Team
    • Keen Keith
Keith comes from the wilds of Dartmoor in deepest darkest Devon, England, please keep this in mind when you meet him. A graduate of the London School of Economics, Keith decided to pursue a career where he would have lots of excuses to satisfy his passion for golf. Sadly he got it horribly wrong and instead of following his dad's example and becoming a sales guru, he went into advertising, now all he seems to do is work. Following a stint with CDP in London, Keith decided it was time for an adventure and ended up in Saudi Arabia with Publicis rising from Account Director via Client Services Director to General Manager. From Saudi it was only one small step to Dubai and a spell as Regional Director for Grey. As well as doing his day job, Keith is an enthusiastic copywriter, if there are any spelling mistakes on this site, blame Bill Gates!
    • Dunkin Dunk
We're still trying to decide whether Dunk is a New Zealander, Australian or Brit; mongrel springs to mind. Actually we've now worked out that Dunk's nationality depends on who is winning at cricket, so for now he's an Aussie (we've enlisted a South African to bring the Ashes back to its spiritual home, come on KP). Dunk has had an illustrious career with stacks of great work illuminating his portfolio; he's that rare breed who has the ability to take on projects as diverse as corporate identity development and advertising concepts.
    • Super Syed
Apart form being captain of our cricket team Syed has that happy knack of always being right. Our cricket record under his captaincy is quite extraordinary, no losses, no draws . . . and no wins! In other words we are still waiting for our first game. We challenged Energizer two years ago, have sledged each other on a daily basis, but have yet to get it on. Make it happen Mr Syed and the Brits will demonstrate once again how to invent a game and then be rubbish at it.
    • Mighty Milan
So good he's named after the city famed across the world for fashion and football although he is yet to discover Fred Perry or Wayne Rooney so there a few big gaps in his education. Milan served his apprenticeship on a well known magazine turning beautiful women into even more beautiful women. Now he has the chance to work in amongst beautiful women his design skills have risen to new heights.
    • Amazing Ali
Mr Ali is the King of Thursday lunch as well as a dab hand at finalising artworks and negotiating discounts from suppliers. For the more adventurous among us Ali's lunch picks are inspirational, aka hit and miss! The hits are delicious, the misses inedible. In his spare time Ali is a forthright political commentator with a great affinity for the twin axis of hope, Messrs Bush and Blair. So if you are a bit peckish or want a good old fashioned debate Ali is your man.
    • Magnificent Mustapha
So quiet and industrious you can go a whole day without realising Mustapha has pitched up for work until he presents you with the fruits of his labours. Brilliant at his job, a soft spoken marvel from Iraq. Should everyone follow his example, tolerance and harmony would soon be restored to his homeland.
    • Weavy Waseem
If there is a better driver in Dubai we haven't seen them strutting their stuff. It took a while for Waseem to master the safety belt, hands free communication and those feisty indicators but now he's a whiz. Let Waseem be an example to all of you crazy drivers out there, respect!
  • Servicing Supremes
    • Epee Eve
Ohh the double narratives... never one to suffer fools, Eve is a weapon, which figures given her utter devotion to the Gunners. A safe pair of hands and clever lateral thinker, Eve is our brand producer, managing projects right through to final execution; our clients take faith in her attention to detail and straight-forward communication (rather than her choice of football team).
    • Stunt-Girl-Sue
...there's nothing she can't do! Bolstered by her just give it a go attitude, Susan is an inspiration. Whilst we await her next death-defying adventure, she keeps us entertained in the studio, working her socks off to ensure our clients get everything they want (and more). A true trooper, bright, quick and super-keen, Susan is very adept in the digital world, social media, customer relationship management, oh and jumping through burning rings of fire.
  • The Digital Dynamos
    • Lyrical Lee
Whether it's waxing lyrical about a big idea for a client or mixing some of the latest and greatest house music, Lee will have it covered, in mind numbing detail. A perfectionist in every sense, Lee sharpened his skills (and his dress sense) in London, New York and Dubai where, before joining ATOM he passionately managed Proximity's finest digital assets (Pepsi & Emirates) and founded the largest online media-buying unit in the region. Never a dull moment, full of surprises and doesn't settle for anything other than 'Awesome!'
    • Masterful Matt
Our very own Resident Genius...many have tried to take his crown but none have succeeded. Database, CRM, website, you name it - he is a whiz - and a fine companion in any general knowledge question, pub quiz or 'name that tune' game. We also reckon he has superpowers; aside from having an answer for everything (aka wikipedia accessed via one of his four internet devices) he can kill a computer bug just by looking at it!
    • Sohail the Speedster
Lightening quick with a right arm swinger and equally handy with his mouse, our Pakistani fast pacer has been bowling over clients for quite some time.

Brought up with web designers from an early age, Sohail is a seasoned professional and has perfected pixels for a clutch of world class brands.

With more than a decade of experience, numerous regional creative awards and a photography course grad from St Martin's Lane, Sohail knows a thing or two about creating still and digital works of art.
    • Burlesque Bilal
This cheeky chap has a permanent smile on his face after laughing at all his own jokes... some of which are quite simply hilarious. Sharp as a razor, it seems the only thing he doesn't know how to have a laugh about is his interface work for all our sites. His code is so clean and tidy you could eat your Thursday lunch off it!
    • Super Sehar
We still haven't gotten around to buying the t-shirt, but this flash and design whiz would definitely give the caped crusader a run for his money. Multi talented, multi lingual, multi tasking (especially with a bottle of Absolut and jug of sprite)... this girl has skiiillz.
    • Amazing Amit
All hail the king! Although he isn't actually a royal, or related to one for that matter, our friend Amit is the undisputed king of flash and when we need to roll in the big guns he is always on hand. Heralding from India we reckon he's a flash raj in the making and that little company adobe happen to agree with us as he just got asked to test out the new flash 10. A great fellow, talented drummer and incredible asset.
  • Brand Builders
    • Konfuscious Kanderian
Attributes his 'strategic thinking' to regular intakes of Lavazza and one too many bumps on the head as a cart-horse No.8. With a diagram (or five) tucked into his utility belt, Nam somehow finds a way of turning 5 words into 5000 before coming back at you with a positioning that works (beautifully). From his early days working with Enterprise IG and Interbrand - developing value propositions - to brand managing SAP's strategic partnerships in the UK, Nam is a passionate devotee of finding truth and creating belief in brand.
    • Nascar-Nouha
Nouha has the need for speed, at least when in her Mini Cooper. A passionate, proud, punchy creative leader, Nouha provides the team with the cunning direction to charm and wow consumers. An avid traveller, her spinning globe has more pins than a pin cushion, which may account for where she draws her insights and inspiration for beautiful design.
    • Yoda-Hoda
Of wisdom and enlightenment! Hail Hoda, a consummate project manager with incredible brand instincts. If you ever want to see a really convincing impression of an octopus, then spend a day with Hoda. At one with nature, we suspect Hoda is a bit of a tree-hugger at heart, with a love of the great outdoors. Hoda also has an extraordinary love of pasta, so much so that we are goading a Pasta-Off between her and Keith one Thursday lunchtime! (my money's on Hoda)
    • Mitra-Goddess of the Sun
Unassuming in her nature, eloquent on paper and adorable to spend time with, Mitra is our ace wordsmith for engineering the right tone and finding the right turn of phrase to sum up an entire experience. A keen travel writer and versatile copywriter Mitra is able to research, absorb and articulate the very expression that everyone wanted to say but didn't know how to. A fellow tree hugger at heart, she'll no doubt be seen skipping around Sir Bani Yas Island with Hoda singing hippie classics.
  • Special People
    • Dynamic Dom
He's seen it, he's done it and he's got the t-shirt. This budding entrepreneur has more fingers in more pies than we can even dream of eating on Thursday afternoon. Great business acumen, wonderful bloke and true gent who consults on all the assets and facets of our group.
    • Lovely Lesley
Finance guru, CFO, Accountant provocateur, none of the titles does our queen bee any justice.
If it breathes it can be costed, if it doesn't have a suitable ROI, we will know in seconds. Without Lesley we would be up one of those creeks without a paddle.
